2017-09-22 Liaoyuan singed a contract of supplying an LB1000 Asphalt Batch Mixing Plant with an Argentina client on July 1st, 2017. By September 22nd , all manufacture and inspection works were finished and the plant was ready for shipment.

To enable LB Series asphalt suitable for worldwide use, Liaoyuan’s technical team made many modifications on the structure design of LB Series asphalt plant. One of the most significant modifications is the modular design, that is, an LB asphalt plant can be divided into several modules and each module can be loaded into standard container. Modular design brings great convenience for transportation and installation, and helps to reduce shipment costs to a large degree. The following pictures show the advantages of modular design in loading and transportation.

Drying drum is loaded into a container (The left picture in below). One module of mixing tower (normally consisting of 4 or 5 modules) is loaded into a container (The right picture in below).

Cold aggregate feeder is loaded into a container (The left picture in below). Lower compartment of baghouse filter is loaded into a container (The right picture in below).

Thermal oil heater is loaded into a container (The left picture in below). A bitumen tank is loaded into a container (The right picture in below).

Control room is loading (The left picture in below). A worker is fastening items to secure them during long distance transportation.
