The asphalt mixing equipment drying drum has been tested and inspected before leaving the factory, but it will experience turbulence and vibration during transportation to the construction site. A comprehensive inspection should be carried out before use: check whether the bolts are tightened; whether the key pins are reliably driven in ; Whether the drive device is adjusted according to the manufacturer's instructions; whether the pipe connection is correct and whether the pipe joints are safe and reliable; whether the whole machine is thoroughly lubricated; start the motor and check whether the machine can rotate smoothly in the correct direction of rotation; whether the pressure gauge is normal Work, whether the safety valve is adjusted to the correct pressure; whether the burner ignition mechanism is applicable, and whether the valve is open.

2, the correct operation method

After the machine is started, it is recommended to operate the equipment manually at the beginning, and then switch to the automatic control mode after reaching the specified production capacity and discharge temperature. The aggregate should be dried and have as constant moisture content as possible, so that the aggregate maintains a constant temperature as it flows through the drying cylinder. If the aggregate sent to the drying cylinder changes frequently, and the moisture content of each batch is changing, the burner should be adjusted frequently to compensate for these changes.

The aggregate directly from the rolling stone has almost constant water content, while the aggregate taken from the open storage yard has a higher water content, and the water content of different stockpiles also varies greatly. Therefore, the aggregate is better taken from the same source.

3. Reasonable maintenance

(1) When the equipment is not running, aggregates are not allowed to stay in the drying cylinder. At the end of each working day, the equipment should be operated to unload the aggregates in the drying cylinder. After the aggregates in the cylinder are unloaded, the burner should be turned off and the simplified version should be left idling for about 30 minutes for cooling, so as to reduce its deformation or the impact on the linear operation of the machine to a lower limit.

(2) The supporting ring of the drying cylinder should be evenly seated on the supporting roller. Bearings need to be adjusted when they are worn and misaligned.

(3) Always check the alignment of the cylinder. Loosen the thrust roller first and check the extent to which the simplified simplification can move within the length of the slot on the support bracket. Then start the drying cylinder, if it is moved back and forth, check whether the support roller has been adjusted upright. If the support roller has been adjusted to be straight and the cylinder gradually approaches the feeding end, the thrust roller will temporarily be biased back and forth (to make the drying cylinder at the correct working angle) until the correct adjustment has been achieved. If the cylinder gradually approaches the discharge end, adjust the thrust roller from the opposite direction.
