Characteristics of JNW energy saving master asphalt mixing plant
1. Hot aggregate bin adopts intelligent patent structure to display aggregate stock in each hot aggregate bin in quantized way accurately, control cold aggregate supply automatically, eliminate spill of hot aggregate and reduce energy loss.
2. Application of intelligent hot aggregate bin patent technology solves the disadvantage of long superposed weighing time of traditional hot aggregate, shortens batch cycle greatly and increases output greatly.
3. Application of intelligent hot aggregate bin patent technology realizes automatic seamless connection between stock and cold grading of aggregate and makes the entire process of hot aggregate metering smooth.
4. Metering of aggregate adopts small door, small flow and reduced metering technology to eliminate "flying aggregate" in weighing and make dynamic metering accuracy of hot aggregate within 1% (national standard is 2.5%).
5. Application of intelligent hot aggregate bin patent technology makes aggregate stock in the hot aggregate bin realize "zero aggregate stock" after production and solves serious pollution of the environment caused by dust from hot aggregate after production.
6. Environmental protection measures: closed structure for main building, dust collector and unloading channel.
Collection and centralized treatment of fume from production.
Central dust collector for daily cleaning is set in the mixing tower.
Aggregate supply adopts stereoscopic closed bin type or trench type.
Belt conveyer is equipped with a dust cover and a negative pressure dust collector.
