LXB Continuous High-Intensity Asphalt Mixing Plant

The continuous intensive-mixing type calculates the flow rates of various aggregates based on the mix design and precisely controls the instantaneous flow-rate ratios, ensuring a continuous and synchronized supply of cold aggregates into the mixing drum. 1. Continuous intensive-mixing asphalt mixing plants operate continuously and smoothly, resulting in low unit costs, large production capacity, and high efficiency. 2. The finished asphalt mixture exhibits superior performance indicators and excellent consistency; thanks to the uniform mixing achieved by the continuous intensive-mixing process, its quality parameters are no worse than those of batch-type asphalt mixing plants. 3.
